Do you offer dosing guidance?
No. Due to legal restrictions, we do not offer human dosing guidance. However, we provide tools like our peptide calculator to support accurate research.
About Peptides and Storage
Do your peptides come reconstituted?
No. All peptides are shipped as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder. You must reconstitute them with bacteriostatic water for research use.
What does “Lyophilized” mean?
Lyophilized means freeze-dried. It’s the process used to preserve peptides in a stable powder form. This ensures the compound stays potent and shelf-stable during shipping and storage.
Before use in research, lyophilized peptides must be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water.
Do you include supplies?
Injection supplies are only included with subscription orders. One-time or gifted orders do not include syringes or alcohol wipes.

How should peptides be stored?
Unmixed peptides should be stored in a cool, dark place (preferably refrigerated). Once reconstituted, keep refrigerated and use within your research timeline.
Do I need to refrigerate the peptides?
Yes. Refrigeration helps maintain stability. For longer-term storage, peptides can be frozen before reconstitution.
Shipping Questions
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. U.S. delivery takes 3–5 business days on average. You’ll receive tracking once shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to Canada. Please allow extra time for customs clearance, which can take up to 14 business days depending on your location and processing times.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from U.S.-based fulfillment centers.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll get an email with tracking info as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Only if you select a subscription. Our GLP products have optional monthly plans — no hidden fees or commitments.
