BY USING THE SITE AND/OR BY PURCHASING FROM US, YOU SIGNIFY THAT YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE.

1. About Refresh Wellness

Refresh Wellness provides research compounds sourced from licensed US compounding pharmacies. All customers represent and warrant that, through their own review and study, they are fully aware and knowledgeable about the following: government regulations regarding the use of and exposure to all products, the health and safety hazards associated with handling the products they purchase, and the necessity of adequately warning of the health and safety hazards associated with any products.

2. Purchaser Eligibility

Age: Products are available only to individuals who are 21 years of age and older who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and that any information you submit is accurate and truthful. Refresh Wellness may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer access to or use of the Products to any person or entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time.

Compliance: The purchaser expressly represents and warrants to Refresh Wellness that the purchaser will properly test, use, manufacture, and market any products purchased from Refresh Wellness in accordance with the practices of a reliable person who is experienced in the field and in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, now and hereinafter enacted.

Right to Refuse Service: The products we offer are intended for laboratory research use only. By purchasing any of these items, you acknowledge that there are risks involved with consumption or distribution of these products. These compounds are NOT intended for use as food additives, drugs, cosmetics, household chemicals, or other inappropriate applications. All products will be handled only by qualified and properly trained professionals. Refresh Wellness reserves the right to limit and/or deny sales of products to any unqualified individuals if we have reason to believe that misuse will occur.

Refresh Wellness reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

3. Research Use Only

All products sold through Refresh Wellness are labeled and sold for Research Use Only (RUO). Products are not approved for human use, are not sold as supplements or medications, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. By placing an order, you confirm that your intended use aligns with this policy.

4. Medical Advice Disclaimer

You should not rely on the information provided on the Website as a substitute for, nor does it replace, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information provided on the site is for informational purposes and is in no way intended to substitute consulting a medical professional. Do not use the site for emergency medical needs. 5. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. Refresh Wellness reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

6. Shipping Policy

Orders ship within the United States only. All orders are shipped directly from our compounding pharmacy partner, Binary Laboratories. Package labeling and return address will reflect their branding, not Refresh Wellness.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on business days are typically shipped the same day. Delivery times vary by location and carrier but generally take 2–5 business days. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. Refresh Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

7. Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products (research compounds), we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or tampered items.

We will issue a replacement or store credit in the following cases:

• Product arrived damaged or broken during shipping
• Wrong product was shipped
• Product received does not match the order confirmation

To request a replacement, contact us at support@refreshwellness.site within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Refunds to the original payment method are issued only at the sole discretion of Refresh Wellness.

Chargebacks filed without first contacting us will be disputed and may result in the purchaser being permanently blocked from future orders.

8. Prohibited Activities

As a purchaser, you agree not to:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights
• Violate these Terms of Use or any applicable law, statute, ordinance, or regulation
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Modify, adapt, or hack the website or misrepresent association with Refresh Wellness
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the website

Refresh Wellness may, in its sole discretion, remove or block any purchaser that violates these Terms of Use.

9. Intellectual Property

Refresh Wellness owns all rights, title, and interest in the Website content, including all text, graphics, logos, names, artwork, photographs, and videos. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, distribute, share, or reproduce any materials without written consent.

10. Privacy

We take the protection of your personal data seriously. All collection and processing of personal data takes place in compliance with applicable law. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. All transactions are processed through a third-party payment gateway and payment details are not stored on our servers.

11. Warranties & Representations

Refresh Wellness makes no guarantee or warranty of any kind, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the Website and the Products it provides. Refresh Wellness provides the Website and Products "as is" and "as available", without any warranty or condition, express, implied, or statutory. No advice or information (oral or written) obtained by you from Refresh Wellness shall create any warranty. Use of the site is at your sole risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise for: (i) any direct or indirect economic losses (including loss of revenues, data, profits, contracts, use, opportunity, business, or anticipated savings), (ii) loss of goodwill or reputation, or (iii) special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or our Products.

If Refresh Wellness is found liable for loss, damage, or injury under any legal theory, liability shall be limited to the amount of fees received by Refresh Wellness attributable to such purchaser in the six (6) months prior to the action or claim, or $500, whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Refresh Wellness and its representatives harmless from and against any and all liabilities, obligations, losses, damages, penalties, claims, actions, suits, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms of Use or your handling, possession, and/or use of any product purchased.

14. Severability

The invalidity or unenforceability of any portion of these Terms of Use shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of any other portion. Any invalid or unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed and the remainder shall be construed and enforced as if these Terms of Use did not contain such portion.

This Website is operated from the United States. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. The federal and state courts located in Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising out of these Terms of Use.
